COP28 Stamps
Youth Edition
Emirates Post Group in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and Youth, issues a unique collection of commemorative stamps that reinforce the UAE’s leadership in climate action.
Marking the occasion of the 28th annual Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, COP28, held at Expo City Dubai from November 30 to December 12, 2023, these stamps, printed on recycled material, reflect the UAE’s commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable progress.
In line with the UAE leadership’s vision on climate change, Emirates Post Group promotes inclusivity, actively engaging youth to increase awareness of climate risks and ensure a sustainable future. Following a nationwide competition initiated by the Group and the Ministry, Miss Aicha Mohammad Al Zain’s design emerged as the winning entry to become the COP28 Stamps – Youth Edition.
This collaborative initiative stands as a testament to nurturing and empowering the creative potential of our young generation, highlighting their crucial role in shaping a more sustainable tomorrow.
