In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the UAE Armed Forces Unification, this set of commemorative stamps presents an artistic tribute to five decades of unity, discipline, and readiness, reflecting the enduring role of the Armed Forces in protecting the nation, upholding its sovereignty, and strengthening its security and stability.
Designed by Emirati multidisciplinary artist Yasmin A Mulla, the set brings together five interconnected visual elements: the sea, the sky, the desert, the UAE map and the 50th anniversary emblem. Together, they form a unified visual narrative that expresses the integration of the nation’s defence capacities across land, sea, and air, while the falcon appears a national symbol of strength, vigilance, and pride, reflecting the spirit of the UAE’s armed forces and protectors of the nation.
