Emirates Post in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior has issued a set of commemorative stamps to celebrate the Ministry of Interior’s Golden Jubilee. The joint initiative is in line with the official “”Year of the Fiftieth”” celebrations of the founding of the United Arab Emirates, and supports the Ministry’s ongoing community and policing activities.
Following the directions of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in declaring 2021 the “Year of the 50th” to commemorate fifty years since the UAE’s formation in 1971, the Ministry of Interior launched the “”Golden Jubilee Initiative””, crowning the 50-year march of the United Arab Emirates and to tell the story of the achievements.
The Ministry of Interior has been recognized internationally for the levels of security and the prevalence of justice and law in the UAE. Over the years, and with the support of the nation’s wise leadership, the Ministry has pioneered innovations in police work and adopted the latest developments to ensure the highest quality of services to ensure the safety and unity of the UAE’s culturally and ethnically diverse environment.
The Ministry of Interior’s Golden Jubilee initiative emphasizes the importance of developing strategies that enhance the provision of public services in a sustainable way and that boost the partnerships with the community to ensure the safety and security of the UAE. They aspire to continue to be recognized for their exceptional achievements and to support the aspirations of the Arab nation and the Arab youth for development and prosperity.
