Emirates Post has issued a distinguished commemorative stamp set to celebrate the 54th Eid Al Etihad of the United Arab Emirates, marking the nation’s unity and remarkable achievements.

Honouring the legacy of the late Founding Father, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the design reflects his visionary leadership in building and developing the UAE. It embodies the spirit of unity and solidarity that he instilled in the hearts of the nation. The logo draws inspiration from the early street sign designs that Sheikh Zayed personally contributed to shaping.

The design is based on the concept of connection and cohesion, with overlapping visual elements forming a unified composition that represents the UAE’s core values of unity, cultural diversity, and shared ambition for a prosperous future. It also celebrates the unification of the seven emirates through cultural and natural symbols representing each emirate, including the palm tree, dhow, and the sun.

The number 54 is inspired by the design of UAE vehicle license plates, symbolising continuous movement and strong connections within the community.

Eid Al Etihad is a significant national occasion that reminds us of the strength of our unity, the richness of our heritage, and our shared commitment to building a brighter future for generations to come, while remaining faithful to the vision and legacy of the Founding Father.
